PARISTISH ROOH SE - Spiritual Worship
Released on 17 July 2018 for Film Festivals only
“But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth, for the Father seeketh such to worship him. God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.” — John 4:23, 24.
Unless we can guide our mind inward and take attention beyond the comprehension of mind and directly experience the existence of God through love for nature, environment and life around us, we shall never reach the ultimate truth and the most spiritual pilgrimage.
May we never forget the impetus for pilgrimage? May we so reflect on our lives on the
road that we may find them transformed in compassion and love for other people, for the earth
itself, and for God, by whatever name we use for our ultimate concern and the ground of our
being. And may we find our way home again, in life and in death, our shelter from the stormy blast, and our eternal home.
Out of Million of devotees in our world who pray and undertake expensive pilgrimages, hardly any one understands the real meaning of Prayers or Pilgrimages like Hajj which is actually an inward act of compassion of intentions towards the Allah (God) and his children. And the Almighty God does not accept the Hajj or prayers merely on the basis of a physical journey. Through our Fiction Short film, inspired by a mythical story about the real meaning of a pilgrimage or worship is demonstrated by a poor cobbler who has no resources to perform Hajj Mecca but through his spiritual strength and noble heart his prayers are accepted by the Almighty.
